A speciality of our South Tyrolean cuisine is Knödel, traditional dumplings that comes in all shapes and colours. They are a must for any holiday in Dreikirchen - whether they are made with spinach, cheese or beetroot, made with liver and served in a beef broth, or made with plums as a sweet.
To achieve perfect consistency, the bacon we produce from our pigs is aged over 12 months. As well as traditional bacon from the haunch, our cuts from the shoulder, loin and belly are also delicious.
